Fresno Emerging Documentary Filmmakers Fellowship

Porque Quiero Cinema Academy, in partnership with the Expanded Access to Arts and Culture Grant and Dulce UpFront, presents a six-month program supporting six local, emerging filmmakers to develop original short documentaries on Fresno’s most pressing  from environmental justice to cultural identity and liberation. This fellowship is more than film but about community, empowerment, and liberation. You’ll gain the tools to document real life stories, helping us elevate local voices, and contribute to a more inclusive creative future for Fresno.
